All clients must give at least a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment in order to avoid a fee of 25% of their service cost. If you cancel day of 50% of the service cost will be charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late with out notice to your appointment you will be charged 25% of your service charge + asked to reschedule. If a client no-shows an appointment 100% of the service cost will be charged + will not be able to reschedule before paid in full.
